The Chef's Choice 632 International Gourmet VariTilt Electric Food Slicer is designed for home use. The 632 functions in two shapes, tilted and upright. The vertical position is for meats and cheeses. In the manner that is atilt the slicer rotates 30 degrees mechanically easily slice able items like; bread, veggies, and fruits.

 

 

Chef's Choice 632 VariTilt works with a 100-watt electric motor. This motor is works and streamlines very quietly. The 100-watt motor spins a surgical stainless steel blade of 7 inches. Like most Chefs' Option Slicers, this models blade is readily removable for cleaning and sharpening.
